This conversation with professional development and organisational strategy consultant Judi Apte will:
- Discuss what transformative learning is and how it is particularly relevant for the workplace in 2022
- Talk about the strategies at different stages of transformative learning
- Look a bit further at the role and the environment where transformative learning is possible and valued.

Judi Apte of EOS Management P/L Education & Organisational Strategies focuses on leadership development of managers and practice leaders across human services.
Judi and her colleague offer an integrated, individually customised leadership development program comprised of leadership coaching sessions and learning modules that participants select on relevant themes see www.judiapte.com.
Judi also provides consultation sessions for senior managers, organisational development teams, practice managers and educators who aim to facilitate transformative learning. These initiatives may also include developing a bespoke model for the organisation, using professional development modules from the Facilitating Transformative Learning course that has been developed from Judi’s doctoral thesis, and coaching sessions to support implementation.
Judi completed a Doctor of Education (UTS) by researching the expertise involved in facilitation of transformative learning. She has published papers on transformative learning, learning organisations, inter-professional collaboration, and professional supervision.
