There are many CPD ‘formats’ out there that we currently use for learning and then there are the more interesting recipes like Stuff-Up Sessions, File Debriefs, Hypotheticals, Client Visits, hands-on working with technology, etc.
But what about some new concoctions drawn from other learning cultures? How would we do a Showcase or an Expo in law? Or a ‘toolkit rummage’? What would a legal CPD Book Club look like? Law TED Talks? What’s a ‘parking lot’? A hackathon?
Dr Chantal Morton, Associate Professor, Melbourne Law School and Director of the Office for Teaching and Learning in Law, will facilitate this interactive session on the many CPD formats in use, from the more traditional and contemporary ‘recipes’ to the latest crossovers and technical innovations, to help you cook up tastier, successful and more effective learning experiences in your workplace.
