Our panel represents 3 groups addressing diversity for tomorrow’s lawyers: in-house, association and provider. Justine, Jacquelyn and Simon will share their stories, experiences and expectations around diversity in this interactive panel discussion.

11.30-1.00pm  The Uberization of Talent Management in Law Firms – Are you ready? The world of law firm talent management has changed…irreversibly! Changes to legal services delivery models have led to changes in legal workplace, work practices and the need to leverage new skills. Clients and employees want to connect differently with their law firm. They want value, they want to feel valued, and they want to write about their “experience” on social media. In this session we will identify and discuss how these changes are reengineering TM in law firms. You will be encouraged to share your experience and determine if you and your firm are ready for the uberization of TM!

Speaker: Terri Mottershead, Mottershead Consulting

We will explore the future of work and learning, technologies that support the future workplace and how to design a sustainable and effective learning approach.
